  The Martini Club - trend-setting drink designers & cocktail caterers
The Martini Club designs cocktails for all occasions. Experts in Mixology, they conduct weekly tastings utilizing new & unique products, and giving a twist to the classics. They will develop signature cocktails and provide expert mixologists for an intimate party at your home, or at a special event for thousands of people.

MOCKTAILS : A DAY IN THE LIFE (Orginal Cocktails by The Martini Club)


9 AM
The Sunrise Blend
In a blender, add 1 cup ice, 3 oz. fresh orange juice, 3 oz. fresh pineapple juice, 2 fresh strawberries and 1 banana. Blend until slushy and strain into a large wine goblet.
Garnish with a strawberry and pineapple slice.

10 AM
The Rainbow Cooler
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 2 oz. each orange, pineapple and passionfruit juice, the juice of 1/4 fresh lemon and 1 tsp. grenadine. Shake until chilled and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh kiwi.

11 AM
The Tropicla Spritzer
In a wine goblet filled with ice, add 3 oz. mango juice and 3 oz. peach juice. Top with soda water and stir to mix. Garnish with a peach slice.

12 Noon
The English Garden Sipper
Fill a wine goblet with ice. Add 4 oz. iced tea and 4 oz. raspberry juice. Garnish with a fresh lemon and raspberry skewer.

1 PM
The Cherry Ale
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add 2 oz. cherry juice, 1/2 oz. lime cordial and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a cherry.

2 PM
The Backyard Cooler
In a tall glass filled with ice, add the juice of 1/4 fresh lemon and 1/4 fresh lime. Top with 3 oz. tonic water and 3 oz. soda water. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

3 PM
The Gentle Breeze
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add 4 oz. cranberry juice and 4 oz. grapefruit juice. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wheel.

4 PM
The Soda Shop Cola
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add 1/2 teaspoon maraschino cherry juice and 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract. Top with cola and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

5 PM
The Caesar Jr.
Rim a tall glass with fresh lime and celery salt. Fill with ice and add 1/2 tsp. worcestershire, 1/4 tsp. tabasco (or to taste) the juice of 1/4 fresh lime and 1/2 tsp. grated horseradish. Top with clamato and stir. Garnish with a celery stalk and a cherry tomato.

6 PM
The Coco Colada
In a blender, add 1 cup ice, 4 oz. pineapple juice and 2 oz. cream of coconut (or 6 oz. pina colada mix). Bled until slushy and strain into a margarita glass. Garnish with an orange wheel and a maraschino cherry.

I went to an event last year and these ladies were there. I have to say I've come across some of their recipies before and have claimed their drinks as my own. Oh the shame of it all, lol.
